Personal Data Processing Policy

1) General provisions

This Policy is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» and governs the processing of personal data by self-employed Dmitry Mikhno (INN: 352601507825), hereinafter the «Operator».
The purpose of this Policy is to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals when processing their personal data, including the right to privacy.

2) What data we collect and why

Email address — registration, authorization, password recovery, sending receipts and notifications. Retention period: until account deletion by the user.
Technical data (IP address, browser type, Cookies) — site analytics, DDoS prevention, interface settings storage. Retention period: 1 year from the last visit.
Payment data (collected by the payment system) — processing subscription payments and compliance with tax laws. Retention period: 5 years (per Russian Tax Code).

3) Cookies

We use cookies so you don't have to enter your login and password every time, as well as for analytics (Yandex.Metrika). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may cause some functions of the Service to work incorrectly.

4) Processing conditions and transfer to third parties

Data processing is carried out on a legal basis: with the user's consent (checkbox during registration). The Operator does not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except for: use of payment aggregators (e.g., Robokassa) for transactions; requirements of Russian law (law enforcement requests, Federal Tax Service); use of analytics services (Yandex.Metrika) that process anonymized data.

5) User rights and security

You have the right to request information about what data we hold about you; demand clarification or correction of data; withdraw consent and request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. To do so, write to s313686@mail.ru. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access (HTTPS protocol, password encryption). In the event of a data breach, the Operator undertakes to notify Roskomnadzor within 24 hours.
